A while back my recipe box went from looking a something like this… {via} to this… Anymore, if I’m wondering what to make for dinner it’s my Pinterest food board I head straight for. I’m not a fan of cooking so it’s easy for me to get stuck in a rut and make the same…
the face of defeat
I lost Izzy for a couple of minutes today. I found her in her room with the door shut. When I opened it I was met with this… as Izzy announced, “Introducing the new and improved Ruff!” Hahahaha!!! Poor thing. I really can’t believe he let her put it on him. I guess it is…
Flannel Sheets for the Kids
Lately I’ve been thinking about different holiday traditions that I want to start for our family. I was going through my memories of things my parents did when we were kids, and one that I loved so much was when it was time to pull out the flannel sheets. It may not be a typical…

getting back to it slowly
I hope you all had an amazing Christmas and New Years! It has been so hard to get back into a rhythm again! I pulled a great one on Monday. Got Izzy ready for school and then went to pick up her buddy for carpool. No buddy. Turns out no school. Felt like an idiot….

NewestHA! Start them young!! 🙂
SO CUTE!
Good help is hard to find…can you send her my way?!?! Merry Christmas to you and your adorable family Shelley! I'm so glad I got to "meet" you this year!
I mean Wells is seriously obsessed with "keen"ing while mommy cleans. She grabs her lawnmower and vacuums right alongside me. How long before she's big enough to hold a real vacuum? Hmmm. I'm also guilty of indulging her love of playing with the swiffer by putting a new pad on for her to "play with". Ha!
We have a toddler sized vacuum that I wish really worked!! I love her different colored shoes.
send her over! Please! Maybe she can teach me…I hate vacuuming!
Is she for hire? Gotta train them while they're young!
Hurry and take advantage before the newness wears off!!! Love those cute pics! It's so funny when they want to be just like mommy…(c:
I'm all in for teaching the kids the household chores at an early age. Especially while they still think its fun. Thanks for your awesome comment about my console table over at Remodelaholic. You totally made my day.
